Getting Off of the Hamster Wheel of “Self-Improvement”

All of my life I have been trying to improve myself by “fixing” my supposed flaws, the latest being trying to “heal” myself. All of this is just a perpetual and self-fulfilling prophecy, what you look for you will find. more to “fix”; more to “heal”. it never ends. There is nothing to “heal” or “fix”. Just a letting go of our need to “self-improve” ourselves, seeing through the illusion of our ego, and accepting everything including unwanted feelings and situations–a relaxation into our Oneness.
